The study is designed to “empower men to exercise the God-given dominion they were created for by giving them a Kingdom understanding, vision, and perspective on their identity and responsibilities along with practical steps on how to become a man who rules his world well.”

This life group study is focused on anyone, particularly in the aging years, who is wondering what is God’s mission for their lives. What does the Bible say about growing older? Are there steps to consider as we work to finish the race and finish it well? Dr. Hal Habecker pinpointed 6 essentials to living and finishing life well. The group will meet Sundays immediately following the morning worship service. We will share a crockpot meal and plan to meet every other Sunday for 8 sessions at the church. The format will be a self-serve lunch, short 10-minute video, & discussion. The final session will conclude with each participant writing their own mission statement.
Tentative dates: 9/4, 9/18, 10/2, 10/16, 10/30, 11/13, 11/20, 12/4

“The book of Revelation – John’s letter to the churches of Asia Minor – is full of prophecy, poetry, and promise. Despite the mystery that surrounds it, this final book in the canon of Scripture is an incredibly hope-filled picture of a coming battle that has already been won.” (sermon series will be viewed and then discussed in group setting.) This is a continuation from the Spring semester, but participation in that group is not a pre-requisite to join for the fall semester.

“The Chosen” is a drama series about the life and ministry of Jesus. Set in 1st century Israel, the series revolves around Jesus and the different people who met and followed him. The series portrays a closer look into the people who encountered Jesus and also portrays how Jesus may have viewed them in a personal intimate way. This series is a great way for adults to learn some of the basic New Testament stories about the life of Jesus.
